Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) subsections (3) and (4) for legal advice and consider the City's position and instruct its Attorney with respect to a proposal by Labrie Enviorquip Group. (Jenny Torres, Community Development Director and Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney)

City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purposes described in the agenda item.
