Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding agreement with James Davey and Associates, Inc. for engineering services for Merrill Avenue Improvements, a Community Development Block Grant-State Special Project #103-17. (Jenny Torres, Community Development Director)
SUMMARY:
The City of San Luis has been awarded a grant from the Arizona Department of Housing State Special Projects (SSP), intended for Merrill Avenue improvements. The City would like to enter into an agreement with James Davey and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $22,805.00 to provide professional services relevant to this project such as construction management and inspection services.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE CONTRACT WITH JAMES DAVEY AND ASSOCIATES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,805.00 FROM FUNDING BY THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING, STATE SPECIAL PROJECTS #103-17.
