Public hearing followed by the discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding recommendation of a Special Event Liquor License application to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control to authorize San Luis FRONTERA Rotary Club to sell alcohol on October 7-8, 2016 during the Aguilas baseball game vs. San Luis All Stars. SUMMARY:

San Luis FRONTERA Rotary Club wishes to sell beer on Friday, October 7th and Saturday, October 8th, 2016 in Joe Orduño Park. The Rotary Club will be donating 100% of beer sales to the City of San Luis where funds will then be used to renovate the baseball field.

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO RECOMMEND TO THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR LICENSES AND CONTROL APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION AS PRESENTED.
