Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding TRONIX SOUND June 27, 2016 charges for equipment and instruments for the bands at the 2016 4th of July event. (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney)
SUMMARY:
This charge is before City Council because the same vendor for the same event on July 4, 2016 had other charges totaling $9,980.00 for sound, lighting and staging. This charge for equipment and instruments in the amount of $4,500.00 in addition to the $9,980.00 requires a decision by City Council, not staff under the City of San Luis Purchasing Code.
