ITEM:
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), (3) and (4) for discussion or consideration and for legal advice with the City Attorney on any and all matters regarding the options available to City Council in the process of appointing and contracting for the position of City Manager including but not limited to the position of Interim City Manager Tadeo A. De La Hoya and to instruct the City Attorney as to City Council's position. (Mayor Gerardo Sanchez and Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney)
SUMMARY:
City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purposes described n the agenda item.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO HOLD AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), (3) AND (4).
