Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) (3) and (4) for legal advice with the City Attorney or City's attorneys, and/or for consultation with the City Attorney or City's attorneys in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding City Council's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations or potential litigation regarding the lease with SpearPoint for solar panels. City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purposes described in the agenda item.
