ITEM:

Discussion and possible action to approve and authorize a Consulting Agreement with Albert Holler and Associates to provide services to the City of San Luis regarding "Sales Tax Audit".  (Ketie St. Louis, Finance Director)

SUMMARY:

Mr. Holler is an experienced tax professional and conducts his audits as laid out in the attached scope of services.  The contract is for a three (3) year period at a cost of $2,000.00 per month.
 

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO APPROVE THE RENEWAL OF THE CONTRACT  AS PRESENTED WITH ALBERT HOLLER AND ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00 PER MONTH FOR TAX AUDIT SERVICES PROVIDED.
