Adopt Resolution #19-206 Approving a Development Agreement and Snow Storage Easement Agreement for Ramsey Storage Center (Project No. 19-119); Case of Ramsey Storage Center, LLC

On July 23, 2019, the City Council adopted Resolution #19-159 granting Final Plat and Site Plan approval for Ramsey Storage Center, a project located at the northeast corner of Ramsey Blvd and Bunker Lake Blvd (the "Subject Property").  The approval was conditioned upon several items, including execution of a Development Agreement as well as a Snow Storage Easement Agreement.  The Development Agreement and Snow Storage Easement Agreement have been drafted and are ready for approval pending review by the City Attorney as to legal form.

Notification is not required for approval of a Development Agreement or the Snow Storage Easement Agreement.  However, letters were sent as notice of the initial review of the Final Plat and Site Plan by Planning Commission via Standard US Mail to all Property Owners within 700 feet of the Property. The Property Owner List was generated by the Anoka County Tax Database. A Public Hearing is not required for Site Plan or Final Plat.  No additional notification was sent for this meeting.

Staff recommends approving the Development Agreement and Snow Storage Easement Agreement.
