Title:
Adopt Resolution #11-08-XXX Proclaiming September 17 - 23, 2011 as Constitution Week
Background:
Staff received a request from the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) to place a resolution on the agenda for Council adoption proclaiming the week of September 17 - 23, 2011 as Constitution Week. That resolution is attached for Council review and adoption. It is anticipated a representative of the DAR will be present to accept the proclamation; therefore, the reading and presenting of this resolution is also listed under the Presentation portion of the agenda.
Council Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #11-08-XXX Proclaiming September 17 - 23, 2011 as Constitution Week.
