Title:
Approve Extension of Contract for General Legal Services
Background:
At the work session, held on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, City Council discussed extending the contract with Randall and Goodrich, P.L.C. for general legal services, versus going out for request for proposals. Mr. Goodrich agreed to extend his contract for an additional year, under the current contract rates. Following discussion, Council recommended the contract be extended for one year. This item has been placed on the Consent Agenda for formal approval.
Council Action:
Motion to approve a one-year extension of the Contract with Randall and Goodrich, P.L.C. for general legal services, and to go out for an RFP for legal services in 2012.
