Title:
Review 2020 Strategic Plan Final Draft
Purpose/Background:
Each year, the City Council and city leadership staff review the city's strategic plan and make updates as necessary.
At the February 27 special work session, the Council reviewed the city's values, vision, mission, objectives, and strategies. These item were found to be still relevant today, and no changes were made. Action items were reviewed and updated to reflect 13 high priority action items for the coming year.while many action items have been advanced or completed.
Attached is a red-line version of the updated Strategic Plan for 2020, reflecting the discussion at the February 24 work session.
The purpose of this case is to review and develop consensus agreement on the 2020 Strategic Plan document, to be forwarded to a regular Council meeting for action.
