Discuss Development Management Contract
Background:
At the regular HRA meeting of August 23, 2011, HRA members discussed the current Development Management Contract and requested an item be placed on the next worksession agenda to discuss possible revisions to the contract or the potential termination of the contract.
Staff has attached the current Development Management Contract for HRA review.
