Title
Approve Grading Agreement for Outlot B, Bunker Lake Industrial Park; Case of PSD, LLC
Purpose/Background:
PSD, LLC has requested authorization to complete preliminary mass grading on Outlot B, Bunker Lake Industrial Park in anticipation for future construction of a forth building in the Bunker Lake Industrial. Preliminary Grading is a standard process that the City allows in anticipation of future development. In fact, the City has completed this activity on several occasions, most notably the site of the planned Gigi's Salon and Cobblestone Hotel.
Notification:
Notification is not required.
Observations/Alternatives:
Attached is a standard Grading Agreement for private development. This agreement sets minimum expectations as well as providing a financial security to ensure that the project is completed in accordance with City Code and inspection fees for the Engineering Division to complete inspections throughout the process.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with processing this Application are the responsibility of the Developer (PSD, LLC).
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the request.
Action:
Motion to approve the Grading Agreement for Outlot B, Bunker Lake Industrial Park.
