Authorize Citizen Survey Contract

A citizen's survey is conducted every two years and the results are used to provide information to community decision-makers about the quality of service delivery and community priorities. The survey questions are being reviewed at the October 13 work

session.  The survey process is described in the attached quote, and the cost is as follows:

Staff recommends that the City Council authorize staff to enter into a contract for services with POLCO/NRC to perform the 2020 Citizen Survey as outlined in the attached Polco Performance Plan Quote, in an amount not to exceed $15,220.
