Discuss Updating the Council Committee Appointments to Include the New Ward 1 Councilmember.

The purpose of this discussion is to consider possible updates to the board, authority and committee appointments now that Councilmember Ryan Heineman is on the City Council.  
 
As the City Council is aware, at the January 12, 2021, City Council meeting, Resolution #21-001 (attached) was adopted and Councilmembers were appointed to the various board, authority and committees.  As a result of the recent special general election, Mr. Heineman is now our Ward 1 Councilmember and updates to the current appointments may be desired.

To receive direction from the Council with regard to updating the Council appointments, making adjustments to the current appointments where indicated, now that the Ward 1 Council seat has been filled.  A new resolution will be prepared based on the City Council's direction and will updated immediately following the work session this evening, for adoption on tonight's agenda.
