Update on Highway 10 State Legislative Action
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to receive an update from the City's Legislative consultant Elwyn Tinklenberg in regard to current activity regarding state funding for US Highway 10.
Highway 10 has been designated as Ramsey's top legislative priority for the current Minnesota Legislative session.

Attached is a chart showing the (over 60%) funding received for the project to-date, and various options for filling the gap for the remaining funding of the estimated $138M project cost.
Recommendation:
Receive current update in regard to Minnesota legislative efforts for funding of US Highway 10.
