Title
Adopt Resolution #21-104 Approving Final Plat for Preserve at Northfork Second Addition, Case of BK Land Development Please Note: This case was moved from Consent Item 5.13 to Case 7.08 on the Regular Agenda.
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review a request from BK Land Development to Final Plat for Preserve at Northfork 2nd Addition. In reviewing the proposed Final Plat to the approved Preliminary Plat, the Final Plat appears consistent. Preserve at Northfork 2nd Addition proposes 51 lots and is the final addition for Preserve at Northfork, utilizing the remaining land in the northeast area of the site.
Notification:
No notification required.
Observations/Alternatives:
The Final Plat project is consistent with the approved R-1 and R-2 Residential Development. The most recent revision to the R-1 and R-2 Residential Development and Preliminary Plat was via Resolution 20-212, and Ordinance 20-02.
Funding Source:
The Applicant is responsible for all costs associated with review.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the City Council adopt Resolution #21-104.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #21-104.
