Title:
PUBLIC HEARING: Review Site Plan and Preliminary Plat for Oppidan Industrial, 8200 Bunker Lake Blvd NW
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review a request from Oppidan Holdings, LLC (the "Applicant") for a preliminary plat and site plan for a new 3 building spec industrial project. The Planning Commission has previously seen this request as a sketch plan/preliminary review of two different concepts. The Applicant has chosen to move forward with a 3 building industrial concept.
Notification:
The City attempted to notify property owners, as noted in the Anoka County Property Records, within 700 feet of the proposed development and tonight's public hearing.
Observations/Alternatives:
The Site Appears to meet all of the requirements for the E-3 Industrial District.
