Title
Receive Grant From The Coss Family Foundation
Purpose/Background:
The City of Ramsey recently received a grant check from the Coss Family Foundation of the St. Paul and Minneapolis Foundation in the amount of $20,000. The purpose of this funding is to provide "general support and equipment purchases" for the City of Ramsey Police Department. This grant funding was not sollicited. The Coss Family Foundation representatives will not be present to present the check. The Ramsey Police Department will be sending a letter of appreciation to the Coss Family Foundation.
In 2018, the City of Ramsey applied for and received a $10,000 grant award from the Coss Family Foundation to fully fund the purchase of thermal vision night goggles for the Police Department.
