The attached Resolution #22-005 has been revised by the City Attorney based upon Council consensus reached after discussion at previous work sessions. The resolution is now presented for adoption.

The Council may approve, modify, or postpone action on this proposed resolution.

The City Council has reviewed this matter at previous work sessions and the resolution has been revised by the City Attorney to reflect the consensus of the Council.
