Statement from Mr. Elwyn Tinklenberg of the Tinklenberg Group

Mr. Elwyn Tinklenberg of the Tinklenberg Group would like to summarize and congratulate the City Council on the achievements and success of the of Highway 10 Improvement Project.  He also would like to thank the City for it's long-term working relationship with the Tinklenberg firm.  Legislative work with the Tinklenberg Group for Highway 10 projects was commenced in 2013 and, prior to that date, the firm assisted the City in the acquisition of properties utilizing the Right-of-way Loan Acquisition Fund (RALF).  These projects have now been fully funded.

Mr. Tinklenberg's contract expired on December 31, 2021 and he has indicated that he will not be submitting a proposal for additional future work for the City.
