Title:
MUSA Boundary Review
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this discussion is to review the current MUSA Boundary. This boundary indicates future public utility areas where a development would need to be designed in a suburban style. The MUSA area also holds a requirement of no less than 3 units per acre net density. Any change to this boundary would require a Comprehensive Plan Amendment. The amendment would be subject to approval by the Metropolitan Council.
