Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Estimate Attached.
Recommendation:
The Engineer Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 1 to North Valley Inc., of Nowthen Minnesota, for Fire Station No. 1 Parking Lot Improvements, Improvement Project #21-10, in the amount of $117,987.61.
Action:
