Title:
Consider Extension to Site Plan Approval of Residence at The COR; Case of F & C Ramsey, LLC
Background:
On December 14, 2010, the City approved the Site Plan for Residence at The COR. The Development Permit states that the Required Improvements shall be completed by December 14, 2011. Flaherty & Collins has requested an extension of one (1) year to allow for a Spring 2012 construction time frame.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the one (1) year extension to Site Plan approval for Residence at The COR.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with processing the application are the responsibility of the Applicant.
Council Action:
Motion to approve the one (1) year extension to Site Plan approval for Residence at The COR.
