Title:

Request for Approval to Assign Bonestroo Contract to Stantec (removed as consent #4.08 and becomes regular case #7.06)

Background:

In 2011, the City entered into a contract with Bonestroo to provide general planning and zoning assistance to the Planning Division.  In September 2011, Bonestroo merged with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.  According to Stantec, the Bonestroo operations will operate as Stantec.  No interruption to services are anticipated, and consulting Staff for Ramsey will remain in the existing Bonestroo office.

Stantec has asked the City to approve the assignment of the existing contract with Bonestroo to Stantec.  The request is attached to this agenda item.

Funding Source:

Funding is provided through the existing contract as part of the approved General Fund.
