Title:
Acknowledge 2023 Parking Lot Reconstruct – Central Park
Purpose/Background:
For many years, the reconstruction of the 37 year-old, main parking lot at Central Park has been a part of the Capital Improvement Plan. A significant opportunity as part of the project is to greatly reduce the volume of stormwater run off, by creating infiltration medians within the parking lot. For the meeting, staff will review in detail, various aspects and benefits of this anticipated 2023 project including the costs and timeline associated with the undertaking, at this popular park.
