Title
Adopt Resolution #22-223 Approving the Development Agreement for Lil Explorers
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review a request from Lil Explorers (the "Applicant") for a development agreement associated with a perviously approved Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit (Council approved 9/13/2022). This is the standard last step in the development process. The Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit met all City Code requirements, and the attached Development Agreement template is the City's standard template, which has been reviewed by the City's Attorney. The development agreement lays out fees, project costs, and financial sureties that the City will take in order to ensure that the project is completed to City standards.
Notification:
No notification is required.
Funding Source:
The Applicant is responsible for all costs associated with review.
