Recommendation:
The Senior Engineer Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 3 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC., of Mora, Minnesota, for said project, in the amount of $1,221,930.03.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #22-258 authorizing partial payment No. 3 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC., of Mora, Minnesota for Improvement Project #20-05, Riverdale Drive Extension, Llama Street to Bower Drive, in the amount of $1,221,930.03.
