Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment no. 2 to GMH Asphalt Corporation, of Chaska, Minnesota, for said project, in the amount of $573,708.47.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #22-257 authorizing partial payment No. 2 to GMH Asphalt Corporation, of Chaska, Minnesota, for Improvement Project #22-02, Autumn Heights Street Reconstruction, in the amount of $573,708.47.
