Elect Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
Purpose/Background:
Each year the EDA appoints officers at the April EDA meeting. Mr. Michael Olson served as the Chairperson in 2022 until his election to the City Council in 2023. Vice Chairperson, Bill MacLellan, has served as acting Chair in the interim. The term of appointment for the Chair and Vice Chair is April 1, 2023 - March 31, 2024. The EDA should nominate member(s) for each position and select officers for the upcoming year.
