Review Findings of Development Cost Study
Background:
Attached is a report compiled by the City Staff related to development costs of a random sample of surrounding communities. The intent of the of study is to review the relation of the costs of development in Ramsey compared to peer communities. The report also includes several recommendations related to development fees in Ramsey.
The report is for informational purposes only at this time. No action or recommendation is being requested at this time. Staff will be prepared to answer questions for the Planning Commission.
