Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property
Purpose/Background:
Staff is requesting Council declare the following property surplus and authorize the sale/recycling of same
- Wall cabinet and racking - Brand: Tripp Lite
- Ring door bell unit
- Amazon touch stations for Ring doorbell (2)
- HP desktop computers (11)
- Panasonic Toughbook CF-53 (1)
Notification:
Equipment will be sold online via Public Surplus or recycled.
Observations/Alternatives:
The listed equipment is being considered for removal is due to: its useful life has ended according to our replacement schedule, due to failure, or the need for it has passed.
Funding Source:
N/A
Recommendation:
Staff recommends Council declare this equipment as surplus and authorize sale/recycling of same.
