Title
Adopt Resolution #23-116 Approving the Reconstruction Agreement for Ferrellgas L.P. (New Skelgas) at 7255 Highway 10 NW.
Purpose/Background:
On May 9, 2023, the City Council approved the Site Plan Review for Ferrellgas for a new building and site improvements that are a result of the upcoming Highway 10 reconstruction project. Attached is an agreement guaranteeing the site improvements will be done according to the approved plans. This agreement is different from the typical Development Agreements that are needed for site improvements related to a building project due to the partial acquisition process by Anoka County. The County has drafted the agreement to be in line with the takings process for such projects while guaranteeing that the site improvements will get completed in a timely manner according to plans.

Notification is not required.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends the City Council approve the resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the Reconstruction Agreement.
