Recommendation:
The Senior Engineer has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 1 to Northern Lines Contracting, Inc. of Hanover, Minnesota for improvement project #23-01, 161st Avenue Reconstruction, in the amount of $38,022.04.
Action:
