Title:
Adopt Resolution #23-143 Authorizing Final Payment to Northwest Asphalt Maintenance for Project #23-08, 2023 Crack Seal Improvements.
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request Attached.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to Northwest Asphalt & Maintenance, in the amount of 158,157.50.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-143, authorizing final payment to Northwest Asphalt & Maintenance of Thief River Falls, Minnesota, for Improvement Project #23-08, 2023 Crack Seal Improvements in the amount of $158,157.50.
