Recommendation:
The Resident Project Representative and Project Manager from Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services (AE2S) have inspected the completed work and reviewed and approved the pay application and recommend approving partial payment #2 in the amount of $576,266.20 to Magney Construction, Inc. for Improvement Project #21-09, Centralized Water Treatment Plant.
