Information
Title
Adopt Resolution #23-222 approving a development agreement for Nolby BC LLC (dba Jam Hops).
Purpose/Background:
On September 12, the City Council approved the site plan review for the Jam Hops gymnastics training facility project at 14200 Limonite St. NW. The requested action is to approve the development agreement for the approved plans. This is the last step of Council actions before the business can close on the property and apply for building permits to construct the building.
The development agreement is standard in its form with one thing of note: the City will be sharing in the cost of reconstructing Limonite Street to an urban roadway design. City costs of the roadway improvements will come from the sale proceeds of the land.

Funding Source:
The City's share of the roadway and utility improvements will come from the sale proceeds of the property.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the development agreement.
