Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 2 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC. of Mora, Minnesota, for Improvement Project #23-12, HY-10 Ramsey Improvements, in the amount of $480,889.14.
Outcome/Action:
