Approve Amendment No. 3 to Funding Agreement for Cooperative Commuter Rail Station Development (Ramsey Station); Contract #2010-0226C
Background:
At the Anoka County Regional Railroad Authority (ACRRA) meeting of December 3, 2010, the ACRRA Board approved an extension of amendment No. 3 to the funding agreement for cooperative commuter rail station development (Ramsey Station); Contract #2010-0226C. The contract amendment extends the contract through December 31, 2011, with no other changes. A copy of Amendment No. 3 is attached to this Consent Item.
Recommendation:
Staff has reviewed the amendment to the contract and is recommending COuncil approval.
