Title
Approve Resolution #23-254 Accepting Withdrawal of Site Plan for Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association Athletic Training Facility
Purpose/Background:
On February 14, 2023, City Council approved Resolution #23-026 Approving Site Plan for an Athletic Training Facility at 14600 Ferret Street NW. The facility was to be owned and operated by the Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association (ARAA).
On October 4, 2023, ARAA submitted an official request to withdraw its site plan for the athletic facility due to external factors. ARAA remains hopeful to continue the professional relationship with the City of Ramsey and possible future undertakings within the City. The letter is attached for your review.
