Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 3 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC. for improvement project #23-05, Barthel’s Rum River Acres 2nd Street Reconstruction, in the amount of $280,040.39.
Action:
