Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment No. 3 to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC of Mora, Minnesota, for improvement project #23-12, HY-10 Ramsey Improvements, in the amount of $271,356.82.
Action:
