Information
Title
Adopt Resolution #23-242 272 Approving Final Plat and Development Agreement for Riverstone South Fourth Addition.
Purpose/Background:
Capstone Homes is requesting final plat approval for the next phase of Riverstone South--the Fourth Addition. This phase of 54 single-family and villa lots is on the western side of the development. It is consistent with the approved preliminary plat.
Also submitted for Council approval is the corresponding standard development agreement.

Notification:
None required for final plats and development agreements.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with the development are the responsibility of the developer, Capstone Homes.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the final plat and devleopment agreement for "Riverstone South Fourth Addition."
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #23-242 272 approving the final plat and development agreement for "Riverstone South Fourth Addition."
