Purpose:  To approve On-Sale Liquor License, including Sunday sales, for Bossman, Inc dba Chanticlear Pizza

Background:   Bossman, Inc dba Chanticlear Pizza has properly applied for an On-Sale liquor license, including Sunday sales, at 7876 Sunwood Dr NW #100A, Ramsey. (Previous occupant was Anytime Fitness). All application fees have been paid by the applicant.

This establishment is a new restaurant serving liquor.

Notice of the public hearing was published in the Anoka County Union Herald on November 17, 2023.

The approval for this license is contingent upon completion and approval of background investigation by the Police Chief

This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties. 

City staff is recommending approval of an On-Sale Liquor License, including Sunday Sales, for Bossman, Inc dba Chanticlear Pizza, contingent upon completion and approval of background investigation by the Police Chief.
