Title
Adopt Resolution #23-271 Approving Change Order #6 for Improvement Project #23-03, Armstrong Boulevard and Alpine Drive Roundabout Improvements
Purpose/Background:
Ramsey City Council Resolution #22-120 approved a Joint Powers Agreement to define the respective costs and responsibilities between the City of Ramsey and Anoka County for the roundabout improvement project at the intersection of Alpine Drive and Armstrong Boulevard / County State Aid Highway 83. The Joint Powers Agreement requires the City of Ramsey to pay for the installation of roundabout lighting and an adequate electrical power source. This work has since been completed and Anoka County is requesting the City of Ramsey to execute Change Order No. 6 to process payment for this work.
Funding Source:
Municipal State Aid Funds are proposed to pay for these costs.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approving Change Order No. 6.
Action:
Adopt Resolution #23-271 Approving Change Order #6 for Improvement Project #23-03, Armstrong Boulevard and Alpine Drive Roundabout Improvements.
