Adopt Resolution #24-009 Declaring Development Agreement for Ramsey Storage Center Satisfied and Authorizing Release from Property

The new Lil Explorers Day Care has completed construction.  As part of the anticipated property transfer, it was noted that the development agreement from the plat of Ramsey Storage Center was listed on the property title.  All the items from the recorded 2019 development agreement have been satisfied and the plat development agreement can be released by adopting the attached resolution.  The more pertinent development agreement for the Lil Explorers building and site improvements remains on the property and in effect until its release is requested.

Alternatives to Consider:
1. Adopt the resolution as presented.
2. Adopt the resolution with any modifications the Council sees appropriate.
3. Deny the resolution based on certain findings. 

All costs associated with this work are the responsibility of the developer.  

Staff recommends approval of Resolution #24-009.
