Information
Title
Adopt Resolution #24-074 Approving the final plat and development agreement for Trott Brook Crossing 2nd Addition.
Purpose/Background:
The second phase of Trott Brook Crossing is proposed. This ten-lot plat extends 170th Lane NW eastward along the southern portion of the site. The proposed plat is consistent with the preliminary plat that the City Council approved on January 11, 2022. Outlot A is developable land reserved for future phases.
Notification:
None required for a final plat.
Funding Source:
The applicant is responsible for all costs associated with this development.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approving the final plat and development agreement.
Action:
Motion to adopt Reolution #24-074 Approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Trott Brook Crossing 2nd Addition.
