EDA Organization: Elect Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
Purpose/Background:
Each year, the EDA appoints its officers at the April EDA meeting. Scott Wiyninger served as the Chairperson this past year. Shanna Stwert has served as Vice Chairperson this past year. The term of the upcoming appointment for the Chair and Vice Chair is April 1, 2024 - March 31, 2025. The EDA should nominate member(s) for each position and select officers for the upcoming year.

The EDA should ask for nominations for the Chair and Vice Chair officer positions and hold a vote for each officer position.
