Title
Adopt Resolution #24-091 Adopting 2024 Strategic Plan
Purpose/Background:
The City Council and City Staff held Special City Council meetings on February 1, 2024 and March 19, 2024 as planning sessions to review the progress made on the 2023 Strategic Plan, and to establish a revised 2024 Strategic Plan. The 2024 Strategic Plan received updates to the action items.
Observations/Alternatives:
Specific content of the Strategic Plan is included in the attached document.
Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties. Anticipated budgetary impacts, timelines, and the responsible staff position are identified in the document.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends adoption of the 2023 Strategic Plan.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #24-091 Adopting the 2024 Strategic Plan.
