Approve Request to Declare Surplus Equipment
Purpose/Background:
Staff is requesting Council declare the following property items as surplus, and authorize sale/recycling of same:
8 PC monitors
2 Desktop PCs
24 Smartphones (mix of android and iPhone)
8 laptop docks
2 iPads
5 laptops
1 Surface tablet

Recommendation:
Staff recommends delaring the items listed above as surplus, so they can be sold or recycled.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to declare the above mentioned items as surplus and authorize their sale or recycling/disposal.
